Position Summary:

We are in search of a dedicated Leasing Consultant for our active adult community, Affinity at Covington. This role is centered around relationship-based selling, aimed at maximizing occupancy levels within the community. You will play a crucial role in establishing a strong connection with both prospective and current residents.

  • Utilize professional and relational leasing strategies to engage with potential residents through various communication channels.
  • Actively listen to prospective residents to tailor a personalized experience during property tours.
  • Deliver meaningful follow-ups to nurture relationships with potential residents.
  • Foster a community atmosphere that enhances residents' lifestyles while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct property showings and facilitate move-in orientations for new residents.
  • Engage with residents by participating in community events and activities, while maintaining accurate records of interactions.
  • Complete and manage all necessary documentation for resident and property files.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to stay informed about current initiatives and local market trends.
  • Regularly assess the condition of the property and report any maintenance needs to the Community Director.
  • Adhere to all company policies and Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A relational and influential Leasing Consultant capable of building strong connections with residents and collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collective success.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and determined.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred background in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in English.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, Google Suite, and property management software.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
