Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Embassy Suites Atlanta/Sugarloaf, GA. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our Front Office department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of Front Office staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
    • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage the Front Office department's daily operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room inventory, and financial transactions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments, including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
    • Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and hotel performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Associate's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a Front Office or supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
    • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
    • Experience with hotel software systems, including property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
