Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed event sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage event sales processes, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of high-volume sales experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venue
  • Proven track record of driving new business and building repeat business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
