Position Overview

ASM Global, a leader in the management of public assembly venues, is currently seeking a dedicated Manager of Event Suite Sales. This role is vital in overseeing the suite sales for various events at a premier facility known for its diverse venues. The Manager will be responsible for coordinating the suite sales program, ensuring client satisfaction, and adhering to facility regulations.

Key Responsibilities

As the Manager of Event Suite Sales, your primary duties will include:
  • Promoting and selling suites for events hosted at the facility.
  • Implementing strategic goals set by the leadership for the suite sales program.
  • Achieving and surpassing sales targets and timelines.
  • Managing contractual obligations for suite clients on a per-event basis.
  • Engaging with potential clients to market the suite offerings.
  • Following up on leads and inquiries from various sources.
  • Delivering compelling sales presentations at trade shows and networking events.
  • Conducting facility tours for prospective clients.
  • Collaborating with community and industry associations.
  • Acting as the primary suite service representative on event days.
  • Tracking and reconciling all suite sales activities with the Box Office.
  • Coordinating with catering services to provide event-specific options.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A background in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, with relevant experience.
  • A combination of education and experience totaling at least three years.
Skills and Competencies

Successful candidates will demonstrate:
  • The ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
  • The willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Technical Proficiency

Proficiency in standard office software, including Windows, Word, and Excel, is required.

Physical Requirements

This position may require standing for extended periods and moving throughout the facility during events.
