Position: Account Service Coordinator
Location: This role is designed for remote work. Candidates should reside within a 50-mile radius of one of our designated Elevance Health locations.

Role Responsibilities
The Account Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service for client accounts.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding and supporting plan benefit structures.
- Addressing intricate claims, benefits, and enrollment challenges.
- Conducting regular account visits.
- Organizing open enrollment meetings, renewal processes, training sessions, and on-site facility visits.
Required Qualifications
- A BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing business operations or customer relationships; or a combination of education and experience that provides a comparable background.
- Willingness to travel to various worksites as needed.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong preference for experience with TPA or self-funded insurance.
- Ability to interact confidently with key stakeholders and influence decision-making as a subject matter expert.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven capability to resolve complex issues in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and Salesforce is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
For candidates working remotely or in person, the salary range for this position is $56,028 to $96,048. Elevance Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401k contributions, all subject to eligibility requirements.

Work Environment
