Position Overview

Captain Jays is looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Account Specialist to become a key member of our vibrant team. The successful candidate will bring 3-8 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector, showcasing a robust foundation in customer service and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and nurture client accounts utilizing CRM tools to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Conduct data entry to ensure client records are precise and current.
  • Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions to enhance their overall experience.
  • Create and analyze reports with Microsoft Excel to monitor account activities and performance indicators.
  • Work in conjunction with sales and marketing teams to streamline client onboarding and promotional efforts.
  • Prepare and present updates on account status and service offerings to clients and internal teams.
  • Leverage QuickBooks for managing billing inquiries and financial documentation.
  • Assist the team with administrative functions and contribute to a collaborative workplace atmosphere.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or hospitality is advantageous.
  • 3-8 years of experience in a comparable position within the hospitality field.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and CRM applications.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities with effective communication skills for engaging with diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to thrive in a team-oriented setting and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset towards challenges.
