Key Responsibilities

The Client Support Specialist establishes and nurtures trust as a knowledgeable expert by offering superior guidance and support for an innovative program aimed at assisting individuals with mobility challenges. This distinctive initiative allows for seamless interaction with clients through various digital platforms, including phone, video chat, and online messaging.

Daily Activities Include:

  • Delivering an outstanding client experience in every interaction.
  • Offering insightful recommendations and direct assistance to clients in need, diagnosing issues, and providing resolutions with education and support.
  • Collaborating with application owners for troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Investigating and resolving billing or payment discrepancies.
  • Managing the client experience from start to finish, making informed decisions on whether to escalate issues or how to resolve them, ensuring clients are satisfied and eager to continue using the program.
  • Proposing innovative ideas and improvements to team members to ensure this program stands out in the industry.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in customer service, training, public relations, sales, or marketing.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, an interest in the automotive sector, and a knack for cutting-edge technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using technology, software, and social media platforms while staying updated with current technology trends.
