Position: Account Manager
Department: Agent Services
Reports To: VP, Agent Services

Overview:

The Account Manager role is a pivotal sales position focused on cultivating and sustaining enduring relationships with clients. This position acts as the primary liaison between the client and FirstEnroll, LLC, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty while promoting sales expansion. A comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings and the ability to consistently meet and surpass sales objectives are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with clients, comprehending their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Expansion: Discover new sales prospects within current accounts and seek potential new clients. Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing prompt resolutions to any challenges.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of FirstEnroll, LLC's services, staying informed about any updates or new offerings.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to fulfill business objectives.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to client management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in sales, account management, or a related area, preferably within the health insurance sector.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple accounts concurrently.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes:
