Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients, discerning their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Development: Discover new sales prospects within existing accounts and seek potential new clients. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients, resolving their inquiries and providing prompt solutions to any challenges.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's services, remaining informed about any updates or new offerings.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to fulfill business objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market dynamics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to client management.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in sales, account management, or a related field, ideally within the health insurance sector.
