Position Summary

The Account Manager role is pivotal in fostering and sustaining enduring relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients, discerning their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Expansion: Discover new sales avenues within existing accounts and actively seek potential new clients. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing prompt resolutions to any challenges.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of FirstEnroll, LLC's services, remaining informed about any updates or new offerings.
  • Strategic Development: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market dynamics to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to client management.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in sales, account management, or a similar field, ideally within the health insurance sector.

    • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple accounts concurrently.
