Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to enhance our operations at Beti. In this role, you will be pivotal in fostering and nurturing robust relationships with our construction clientele. Your main objective will be to comprehend their specific requirements, promote the utilization of our offerings, and guarantee their continuous success and growth. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication abilities and a commitment to providing remarkable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison for designated construction clients, cultivating strong relationships founded on trust and proactive engagement.
  • Gain insights into each client's business goals, challenges, and needs to effectively tailor our solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Design and implement customer success strategies to ensure clients reach their desired results and derive maximum value from our products and services.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients' construction sites for check-ins and business evaluations to gauge satisfaction levels, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and resolve any issues.
  • Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition from sales to customer success.
  • Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client requirements and provide suitable recommendations to the sales team.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for clients, articulating their needs and interests to various teams within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and addressing customer needs and challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Capacity to build strong relationships, establish trust, and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Valid driver's license, as the role involves travel within the area and occasionally to surrounding regions.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and its specific challenges, processes, and workflows.
  • The position entails both office and field work.
Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in a customer success management or account management role, ideally within the construction industry or SaaS domain.
