Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for designated construction clients, cultivating strong relationships founded on trust and proactive communication.
- Gain a deep understanding of each client's business goals, challenges, and needs to effectively tailor our solutions to meet their expectations.
- Design and implement customer success strategies to ensure clients reach their desired results and maximize the benefits of our products and services.
- Conduct regular visits to clients' construction sites for check-ins and business evaluations to gauge satisfaction levels, identify areas for enhancement, and resolve any issues.
- Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition from sales to customer success.
- Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client requirements and provide suitable recommendations to the sales team.
- Serve as an internal advocate for clients, voicing their needs and interests to various teams within the organization.
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and address customer needs and challenges.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Capacity to establish strong relationships, build trust, and effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- A valid driver's license is necessary as the role involves travel within the designated areas.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and its distinct challenges, processes, and workflows.
- The position entails both office and field work.
Demonstrated experience in a customer success management or account management position, ideally within the construction sector or SaaS industry.
