Regional Business Development Manager

Recruits Lab is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our regional sales efforts in the Boston, MA or Seattle, WA area. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
You will work closely with the Sales Director to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate agreements to drive business expansion. Your expertise in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions will be critical to driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. A Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline is also required.
