Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching Delivery: You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored coaching plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • Client Management: You will be responsible for managing client relationships, communicating effectively, and ensuring seamless delivery of coaching services.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify areas for improvement within clients' businesses and provide actionable recommendations to enhance their operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing)
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and encourage others, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
