Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Coaching: Develop and deliver customized coaching services to clients, focusing on business strategy and growth.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within clients' businesses and provide actionable recommendations to enhance their operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing)
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and encourage others, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
What We Offer
