About the Role:
Become a key player in our sales team and take on the challenge of identifying and engaging potential clients. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals. Your primary focus will be on researching and identifying new customer prospects, engaging with them through various communication channels, and qualifying leads to assess their fit for our services.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation. You should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms is also essential. If you are a self-starter with a drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $32.50 per hour, depending on experience, with additional earning opportunities through spiffs/incentives. Over time, this role has the potential to earn up to $37.00 per hour based on tenure, performance, and experience, plus spiffs/incentives. Our full benefits package includes 401k with employer 3% matching, medical insurance provided with minimal employee contribution, supplemental insurances, EAP, employer-provided life insurance/AD&D, 3.08 hours of accrual of PTO biweekly, 6 paid holidays off, and much more.
