We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at RapidAir. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and expanding existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Pursue and close new business opportunities through various sales channels.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of $500,000 in annual sales revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
