Position Overview

At Ashby, we are seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior Marketing Growth Strategist to spearhead our growth marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing our marketing efforts, directly influencing revenue generation and customer engagement.

About the Role

As a key member of our marketing team, you will leverage your expertise to address growth challenges and develop strategies that drive our marketing engine. Your focus will begin with a robust email outreach program, expanding into diverse marketing channels as we explore new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Email Outreach Management: Take charge of the development and execution of a scalable email outreach strategy aimed at generating qualified leads. This includes managing the necessary technology stack, crafting compelling email content, and continuously optimizing campaigns.
  2. Exploration of New Growth Avenues: Innovate and test new marketing strategies to unlock potential growth channels.
  3. Performance Analysis: Regularly assess campaign effectiveness, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  4. Multi-Channel Campaign Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to business objectives, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  5. Utilization of Marketing Tools: Enhance marketing efficiency through automation and personalization tools, ensuring effective use of analytics and reporting systems.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales, to align on goals and campaign strategies.
