The Marketing Brand Strategist plays a pivotal role in orchestrating business planning and marketing initiatives for the Huggies brand within Kimberly-Clark North America. The primary goal is to achieve sustainable growth grounded in consumer insights, effective brand positioning, and innovative marketing strategies that drive sales, profitability, market share, and brand equity. In this position, you will prioritize the consumer's needs and ensure they are at the heart of all your efforts. You will also guide Associate Brand Managers and collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Research & Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Insights & Analytics, and Sales. This role reports directly to the Senior Brand Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing the P&L to proactively identify marketing opportunities.
  • Creating robust commercial strategies to foster business growth and connect with consumers.
  • Designing and implementing consumer-driven marketing campaigns across various media, including digital and retail platforms.
  • Enhancing the portfolio architecture through the introduction of new products and categories.
  • Executing portfolio strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop product line extensions.
  • Utilizing digital trends and technologies to craft effective marketing strategies that resonate with consumers.
  • Inspiring and mobilizing cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Consistently meeting marketing goals and delivering impactful results.
  • Setting ambitious targets, making data-driven decisions, and proactively addressing external challenges.
  • Providing mentorship and support for the development of Senior Associate Brand Managers and Associate Brand Managers.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, innovation, and creative processes.
  • Experience in developing digital marketing strategies and personalized activation plans.
  • Proven ability to foster a positive team culture and develop talent.
  • Exceptional analytical, decision-making, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly to maintain performance.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to overcome growth challenges and adapt to change.
  • Positive energy to effectively represent the brand both internally and externally.
  • Previous experience in team leadership and mentoring.
