Our Founders

Fiddler AI was founded by Krishna Gade, who has held engineering leadership roles at Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Microsoft, alongside Amit Paka, a two-time entrepreneur with successful acquisitions by Samsung and PayPal and experience in product roles at Expedia and Microsoft.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned, and driven Lead Growth Marketing Strategist to spearhead, manage, and implement all facets of our pipeline generation and growth initiatives.

This role is highly visible for someone eager to influence the company's growth trajectory. You thrive on being both strategic and execution-oriented. You enjoy building, experimenting, analyzing, and optimizing.

A solid understanding of the technical aspects of AI and ML is essential, as is the ability to connect these elements to content and demand strategies.

The marketing team operates with the philosophy that no task is too big or too small, managing a variety of responsibilities while wearing multiple hats.

We are intensely focused on execution and data-driven results.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development:
Build, assess, and enhance the demand generation pipeline through diverse channels that resonate with our target audience.
Performance Analysis:
Track key metrics and data across programs, the customer journey, and their influence on the sales funnel.
Audience Journey:
Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the target audience and their preferences through market research and customer data analysis.
Content Collaboration:
Partner on content marketing initiatives to create high-quality, engaging content that drives user engagement and conversions.
Experimentation:
Refine hypotheses and design experiments to evaluate various marketing strategies, creative assets, and messaging for ongoing improvement and discovery.
AI-Focused:
Stay informed on emerging marketing technologies and trends, including AI and machine learning, to maintain a cutting-edge approach to demand generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical/quantitative discipline.
- 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience in the SaaS sector.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to connect the dots across the spectrum of demand generation to narrate a performance story.
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently and systematically.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment, adapting to shifting priorities and challenges.
- A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty, coupled with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring occasional visits to the Palo Alto office as necessary.
