Responsibilities

Your Future Team
The Growth and Market Strategy team is dedicated to developing practical, customer-focused go-to-market strategies that adapt to evolving market conditions and drive sustainable growth.

We focus on continuous improvement by leveraging data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, optimizing our sales processes, and empowering our go-to-market teams to enhance customer experiences and expand market presence.

Our strategies are designed to inform decisions that provide a sustainable competitive advantage. Success is measured by our profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Loom is looking for a Senior Strategist to spearhead the growth and adoption of our solutions within the Enterprise segment.

This role involves assessing market opportunities through both qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop revenue-generating strategies throughout the customer lifecycle.

This position is crucial for executing go-to-market strategies, driving profit and loss growth across our markets, and fostering innovative changes that enhance team performance.

We seek a highly skilled individual contributor with a proven track record in crafting structured solutions from complex challenges, designing global strategies, and leading initiatives that demonstrate tangible economic benefits. This role requires effective stakeholder management and the ability to interface independently with executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations executive team and other stakeholders to define essential strategies that will shape the long-term vision of the business.

This individual should excel in a fast-paced environment, approach challenges from various perspectives to create actionable plans, and operate independently.

A solid understanding of SaaS business models and Loom's market landscape is preferred.

What You'll Do
  • Develop go-to-market strategies from concept to execution, including conducting internal and market assessments, applying relevant frameworks, and creating scalable options to meet fiscal and long-term performance objectives.
  • Analyze complex data using qualitative and quantitative methods to inform and drive our go-to-market strategy, aiming to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities proactively and advocate for innovative approaches, demonstrating a willingness to test and refine new ideas to address complex challenges impacting Loom and our clients.
  • Transition seamlessly from high-level strategic thinking to detailed analysis, uncovering insights and synthesizing recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels, from frontline employees to C-suite executives, through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Build trust and foster relationships across the organization to garner cross-functional support and resources necessary to achieve your objectives.
Who You Are

We are looking for candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for this role:

  • 8+ years of experience in general management, corporate development, management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or a related field.
  • A strong history of delivering measurable business impact through the development of practical and actionable go-to-market strategies.
  • Proficient in navigating profit and loss statements, business metrics, and financial reports, with an understanding of pricing models and monetization strategies.
  • Skilled in dissecting problems to identify key issues, diagnosing root causes, and formulating realistic solutions that can be implemented across the organization.
  • Exceptional critical and creative thinking abilities, including risk evaluation, structuring solutions in ambiguous situations, and adapting to new ideas.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills, capable of distilling complex information into actionable insights.
  • Able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment while transitioning between high-level and detailed perspectives.
  • Effective at influencing across various organizational levels through strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities by taking ownership of challenges, supporting colleagues, and setting high standards for deliverables.
Compensation
