The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Growth Marketing Strategist to spearhead our demand generation and growth initiatives. This pivotal role requires a strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach to execution. You will be responsible for:

  • Pipeline Development: Constructing, assessing, and refining the demand generation pipeline through diverse channels that resonate with our target audience.
  • Performance Analysis: Tracking essential metrics and data across various programs to evaluate their influence on the customer journey and overall funnel.
  • Audience Insights: Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our target demographic through market research and customer data analysis.
  • Content Collaboration: Partnering on content marketing initiatives to produce engaging and high-quality materials that drive user interaction and conversions.
  • Experimentation: Developing and testing hypotheses to refine marketing strategies, creative assets, and messaging for ongoing improvement.
  • Innovation Awareness: Keeping abreast of the latest marketing technologies and trends, particularly in AI and machine learning, to maintain a forward-thinking approach to demand generation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation within the SaaS sector.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and narrate performance stories.
  • Excellent project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives effectively.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to evolving priorities.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring occasional visits to our office as needed.

Compensation
