Responsibilities

Your Future Team
The Growth and Market Strategy team is dedicated to formulating practical, customer-focused go-to-market (GTM) strategies that adapt to evolving market conditions and promote sustainable, profitable growth.

We prioritize continuous enhancement by leveraging data-driven insights to identify growth prospects while optimizing our sales processes. This empowers our GTM teams to create enriching customer experiences and expand market presence.

Our success is measured by the positive effects on profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Loom is in search of a Senior Strategist to spearhead the dynamic growth and adoption of our solution suite within the Enterprise sector.

This position involves assessing market opportunities through both qualitative and quantitative analyses to develop strategies for revenue enhancement throughout the customer journey.

This role is crucial for executing GTM strategies, driving profit and loss growth across our markets, and fostering innovative change to maximize team potential.

We seek a highly skilled individual contributor with a proven track record in crafting structured solutions from complex challenges, designing global strategies, and leading initiatives that yield measurable economic benefits. The ideal candidate will engage with executive leadership and collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations executive team and various stakeholders to define essential strategies that will shape the long-term trajectory of the business.

This individual should excel in a fast-paced environment, approach challenges from multiple perspectives to formulate actionable plans, and operate autonomously.

A robust understanding of SaaS business models and familiarity with Loom's market landscape is preferred.

What You'll Do
  • Develop GTM strategies from conception to execution, including conducting internal and market assessments, utilizing relevant frameworks, and creating scalable options to meet fiscal year objectives and long-term performance goals.
  • Analyze intricate information using qualitative and quantitative methods to inform and enhance our GTM strategy and achieve or surpass revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities proactively and advocate for innovative approaches, demonstrating a willingness to test and refine new ideas to address complex challenges impacting Loom and our clients.
  • Transition seamlessly from high-level strategic thinking to detailed analysis, uncovering insights and synthesizing recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to C-suite executives, through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Build trust and cultivate relationships across the organization to secure cross-functional support and resources necessary for achieving objectives.
Who You Are

We are looking for candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for this role:

  • 8+ years of experience in general management, corporate development, management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or a related field.
  • A strong history of delivering measurable business impact through the development of practical and actionable GTM strategies.
  • Proficient in navigating profit and loss statements, business metrics, and financial reports; knowledgeable about pricing models and monetization strategies.
  • Skilled in dissecting problems to identify key issues, diagnosing root causes, and formulating realistic solutions that can be implemented across the organization.
  • Exceptional critical and creative thinking abilities, including risk assessment, developing structure in ambiguous situations, and adaptability to new ideas.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills, capable of distilling complex information into actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while fluidly transitioning between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
  • Effective at influencing stakeholders at all levels through strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, taking ownership of challenges, supporting colleagues, and setting high standards for deliverables.
