Become an essential contributor as a Business Growth Strategist:

The Global Growth & Digital Sales team at Adobe focuses on ensuring customers receive maximum value from our offerings while delivering shareholder value. The team drives global revenue and subscriber growth through key business levers such as promotional strategy, customer acquisition, paid customer add-on/up-sell, and retention.

We are looking for a dedicated, data-oriented Business Growth Strategist for our B2C Creative Cloud suite of products. In this role, you will formulate strategies and spearhead initiatives that optimize revenue impact by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Data Science, and Analytics) on the most significant opportunities to enhance conversion, expansion, or retention of Adobe's clientele. You will excel in strategic thinking, analytical rigor, stakeholder management, and possess a deep understanding of the SaaS customer journey, pain points, and motivations. The ideal candidate will exhibit curiosity, a readiness to experiment, an openness to risk, and a test-and-learn mindset.

Here's how you'll contribute to the team:
  • Exhibit strong data analysis capabilities to pinpoint growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle, refine strategies based on insights, assess performance, and provide recommendations.
  • Influence cross-functional partners (product, engineering, marketing, design, data science, analytics) to ensure alignment and resource allocation for revenue growth initiatives.
  • Be accountable for key performance metrics related to the impact and reach of initiatives.
  • Create presentations to illustrate progress for initiatives, results, and recommendations as part of regular business reviews to partners and the leadership team.
Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a quantitative field of study.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data-driven field such as consulting, growth, investment banking, e-commerce, or corporate finance in tech or SaaS.
  • Experience in developing and operationalizing strategic plans, including crafting business cases, navigating partner team priorities, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Exceptional data and analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and experience using analytic platforms and growth tools. Familiarity with Adobe Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex ideas and systems.
  • Strong teamwork and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives, and a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Willingness to engage proactively and devise creative solutions to ambiguous challenges.
Pay Range:
