CloudTrucks is on the lookout for a skilled Marketing Growth Strategist to become a vital part of our dynamic team. This pivotal position is centered around enhancing user acquisition, boosting retention, and fostering overall brand expansion through creative marketing initiatives and hands-on implementation.

In collaboration with our Head of Growth, you will refine our acquisition strategies, execute performance-driven marketing campaigns, and utilize analytics to guide and enhance our approaches.

This role is perfect for a marketer who is both analytical and innovative, thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding environment, and is enthusiastic about experimentation, performance metrics, and automation.


Your Responsibilities:

Design and Implement Multi-Channel Marketing Strategies:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels (digital, email, social media, content) aimed at driving growth and achieving lead generation targets.


Testing and Improvement:

Create, conduct, and evaluate A/B tests, optimize landing pages, and carry out various experiments to consistently enhance campaign performance and conversion rates. Oversee the complete execution of these experiments to ensure actionable insights and continuous enhancements.


Performance Marketing Management:

Administer and oversee performance marketing initiatives, including pay-per-click (PPC), social media advertising, display ads, and retargeting strategies to stimulate user acquisition and revenue growth. Continuously optimize these campaigns based on performance data to ensure cost-effective and impactful outcomes.


Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives. Utilize insights to refine strategies and tactics.

Collaborative Strategy Development:

Partner closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overarching business goals.


Budget Oversight and Vendor Relations:
Manage paid media budgets and cultivate relationships with vendors to guarantee efficient and impactful marketing activities.

Strategic Program Development:
Formulate business cases for new marketing initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.

Your Profile:


Proven Marketing Professional: 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing with a demonstrated history of driving user acquisition and revenue enhancement.


Hands-On Implementer:

Demonstrated capability to manage and execute marketing experiments from inception to completion, including hypothesis development, test design, execution, analysis, and iterative refinement.


Technologically Proficient:

Skilled in utilizing marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), customer relationship management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce), online databases, and conversion rate optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce). Familiarity with automation and enrichment tools like Zapier, Clearbit, and Segment to streamline processes and promote growth.


Data-Driven Analyst:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Comfortable with data management, marketing analytics, and proficient in SQL for database querying and in-depth analysis.

Innovative Problem Solver:
Enjoy tackling complex challenges and developing scalable processes. Comfortable with experimentation and using data to inform decisions.

Effective Communicator:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of leading cross-functional projects and fostering strong partnerships.

Performance Marketing Expert:
Hands-on experience managing in-house paid media campaigns, focusing on generating high-quality leads and optimizing performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the freight sector.

Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Understanding of customer journey mapping and personalization strategies.
