Client Relationship Manager for Territory Accounts

The Client Relationship Manager for Territory Accounts will acquire a comprehensive understanding of the sales methodology and cultivate the essential competencies required for client acquisition and retention. This role will ultimately define daily, weekly, and monthly operational objectives to achieve the targets set by the sales division. Under the guidance of the Director of Sales, the Client Relationship Manager will ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled in compliance with company standards and safety protocols while consistently exceeding client-defined service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Managed Mobile's established Sales Methodology
  • Generate sales leads through field activities
  • Strategically travel to both emerging and established markets to boost sales performance
  • Engage in cold calling to arrange sales meetings aimed at securing new business
  • Identify opportunities to enhance revenue from existing clients by exploring new prospects at current sites, new branch openings, and additional units in the fleet
  • Update client information in the relevant databases (ACT/TMW/FV/Sales Database/billing team) based on insights gathered during client interactions and from Service Coordinators
  • Address customer service inquiries, billing concerns, and client complaints
  • Manage collections and purchase order follow-ups
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation, data entry, and fleet service planning
  • Engage in marketing and promotional activities, including website management, blogging, social media engagement, and event participation
  • Conduct regular site visits for new clients to foster relationship building and client retention

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven ability to make numerous cold calls both via phone and in person on a daily basis
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to changing priorities
  • Capability to handle various assignments concurrently to ensure timely completion of all responsibilities
  • Proficient in delivering presentations to both small and large audiences with confidence
  • Commitment to following Managed Mobile's sales process diligently

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly through various channels
  • Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding client service
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Capacity to multitask while ensuring follow-up and completion of necessary tasks
  • High level of organization and effectiveness in a dynamic work environment
  • Energetic individual with a strong work ethic and a drive for success
  • Possibility of operating a company vehicle may be required
  • Potential requirement to be a signatory on a company credit card account
