Regional Client Account Executive

The Client Relationship Manager for Territory will gain comprehensive knowledge of the sales cycle and cultivate the necessary skills for client acquisition and retention. This role will ultimately establish daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets to achieve the objectives of the sales division. Under the guidance of the Sales Director, the Client Relationship Manager will ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled in accordance with company standards and safety protocols while consistently exceeding client-defined service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Managed Mobile's established Sales Process
  • Generate sales leads through field activities
  • Strategically travel to both emerging and established markets to boost sales performance
  • Engage in cold calling to arrange sales meetings that lead to new business opportunities
  • Seek to enhance revenue from existing clients by exploring new opportunities at current sites, new branch openings, and additional units in the fleet
  • Update client information in relevant databases and coordinate with the billing team based on insights gathered during client visits and from Service Coordinators
  • Address customer service inquiries, billing issues, and client complaints
  • Manage collections and purchase order follow-ups
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, including paperwork and data entry
  • Oversee marketing and promotional initiatives, including website content, blogs, social media, and trade shows
  • Conduct regular site visits for new clients to foster relationship building and retention

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven ability to make multiple cold calls daily, both via phone and in person
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple assignments
  • Quickly adaptable to changing priorities
  • Capable of handling various tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Confident in presenting to groups of varying sizes
  • Willingness to diligently follow Managed Mobile's sales procedures

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in conveying information through various channels
  • Experience in delivering outstanding client service
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Strong multitasking abilities while ensuring thorough follow-up on tasks
  • Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic individual with a robust work ethic and a drive for success
  • May require operation of a company vehicle
  • Potential requirement to be a signatory on a company credit card account
