The Client Territory Account Executive will acquire in-depth knowledge of the sales methodology and cultivate the essential skills required for client acquisition and retention. This role will ultimately establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to fulfill the sales department's targets. Under the guidance of the Sales Director, the Client Territory Account Executive will ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are completed in accordance with company and safety standards while consistently exceeding client-defined service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Managed Mobile's established Sales Methodology
  • Generate sales leads through field activities
  • Strategically travel to both emerging and established markets to boost sales performance
  • Engage in cold calling to arrange sales meetings that lead to new business opportunities
  • Seek to enhance revenue from existing clients by exploring new opportunities at current locations, additional branch openings, and fleet expansions
  • Update client information in relevant databases and coordinate with the billing team based on insights gathered from client interactions and service coordinators
  • Address customer service inquiries, billing concerns, and client complaints
  • Manage collections and purchase order follow-ups
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, including paperwork and data entry
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts, including website content, blogs, social media, and event participation
  • Conduct regular site visits for new clients to foster relationship building and retention

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven ability to consistently make multiple cold calls daily, both by phone and in person
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments effectively
  • Capability to prioritize rapidly changing requirements
  • Adept at handling various tasks simultaneously to ensure timely completion of all obligations
  • Confidence in presenting to groups of varying sizes
  • Commitment to following Managed Mobile's sales methodology closely

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively through various channels
  • Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding client service
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Strong multitasking abilities while ensuring follow-up and execution of required tasks
  • High level of organization and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic individual with a robust work ethic and a strong desire to excel
  • Possibility of operating a company vehicle as needed
  • Potential requirement to be a signatory on a company credit card account
