Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Attractions, Tourism, and the Arts (ATA) group. As a key member of our account service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, while driving business growth and delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and projects, on time and within budget
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Manage and analyze client data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain financial management responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in project management tools and software
