Client Relationship Manager

We are in search of a skilled Client Relationship Manager (CRM) who will be accountable for enhancing and expanding sales volume within their designated territory, markets, and regions by fostering effective partnerships with Store Operations personnel. The ideal candidate will ensure that a superior level of service and quality is upheld while cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, thereby positively influencing all assigned retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with and mentoring Retail Supervisors to enhance overall effectiveness across the area and region.
  • Serving as the account manager for a designated retail merchandising account.
  • Increasing sales through additional display placements, executing plan-o-gram strategies, implementing initiatives, and ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Building and leveraging relationships with influential decision-makers in assigned stores, markets, and regions.
  • Adhering to sales call protocols and coordinating call coverage plans that align with the business needs of clients and retail customers.
  • Completing accurate and timely documentation, including reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-3 years of prior experience managing key accounts in the retail or consumer packaged goods sector.
  • Proven track record of establishing effective cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and sound judgment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
