KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Client Relationship Manager at Deluxe, you will play a crucial role in supporting our nonprofit clientele. Your expertise will be essential in addressing various inquiries related to account management, troubleshooting, onboarding, and financial reporting. You will provide dedicated assistance to our diverse range of nonprofit clients, external partners, and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

  • Deliver exemplary customer service that reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, including application management and coordination with merchant partners.
  • Conduct training sessions via phone, webinars, or in-person for new clients on our processing tools and reporting systems.
  • Provide ongoing support through phone and email for our valued clients and partners.
  • Investigate and resolve account-related issues, focusing on reconciliation, troubleshooting, and refund processes.
  • Initiate and manage maintenance requests to ensure account modifications are executed accurately.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field AND 2 years of pertinent experience; OR High School Diploma/GED AND 6 years of relevant experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree AND 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the bankcard industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • A passion for or experience in the nonprofit sector.
  • Exemplifies a customer-first mindset focused on delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills with the capability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Deluxe Corporation's policies and systems.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and meeting deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
