Commercial Relationship Manager

Our company is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to focus on delivering credit and a range of client solutions within a dedicated geographic area, targeting general-industry clients with annual revenues between $10MM - $250MM.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop relationship strategy for high-value clients
- Provide knowledgeable advice and solutions, optimize revenue opportunities
- Identify client needs and introduce solutions
- Collaborate with team to develop portfolio and deliver expertise
- Plan and execute client calls
- Manage transaction processes from engagement through close
- Exercise credit acumen and pricing discipline
- Complete required training and credit acumen assessment
- Develop consistent practices through training
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Three (3) years experience in Commercial Banking or sales with at least one (1) year of Relationship Management experience
- Relevant graduate degree
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Positive reputation and network of contacts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business acumen
