Job Description

**Project Support Role at Super Systems Inc.**

This role is expected to provide project support with tasks such as:

  • Providing general and technical research support to projects.
  • Supporting the program management staff in the preparation of deliverables, internal reports, briefings, and drawings associated with the project being supported.
  • Knowledge with standard Microsoft Office products or Google apps.
  • Proficient in task coordination.
  • Familiarity with project management methodology and practices.
  • Excellent oral, written, and electronic communications skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects led by different staff members.
  • Providing meeting and conference support.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Providing executive administrative support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of project-related documents and reports.
  • Coordinate tasks and activities with project team members.
  • Provide research support to project teams.
  • Support the development of project deliverables.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of project tasks.
