Position Summary:

The Project Manager will be instrumental in driving our initiatives forward. This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement and is pivotal in managing the execution of our campaign projects, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive project plans, detailing task assignments, timelines, and resource allocation to support campaign objectives.
  • Ensure consistent and transparent communication regarding project status with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Oversee project budgets by estimating costs, tracking expenditures, and managing financial resources effectively.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with leadership and engage with key stakeholders, community leaders, and donors to advance campaign goals.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline, or a minimum of three years of relevant project management experience.
  • Strong skills in time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • Familiarity with political environments and campaign strategies.
  • PMP Certification is advantageous.
