Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering high-quality support services, which include software deployments, hardware upgrades, and troubleshooting various technical issues.

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 8 AM to 5 PM, 6 AM to 2 PM, or 2 PM to 10 PM, including occasional weekends.
  • Travel Requirements: This position requires travel throughout the designated area, necessitating personal transportation.
  • Qualifications: Candidates must be vaccinated against Covid-19 and possess 3-5 years of experience in Windows 10 technical support, along with skills in imaging, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting. Certification in HP Printer support is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow, LogMeIn, and related technologies is essential.
  • Additional Information: As part of a leading technology support organization, you will engage in hardware refresh projects, resolve incidents, and manage service requests, all while showcasing strong communication and technical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting incidents and managing software break/fix scenarios.
- Conducting installations and upgrades of hardware.
- Providing support for various peripherals, including scanners, barcode readers, and printers.
