Position Overview:

As the HR Administrator at Potamkin Hyundai, you will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency of our human resources department through a variety of administrative functions and support for HR operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing employee records, overseeing payroll and benefits, coordinating recruitment efforts, and providing essential administrative assistance to the HR team and dealership personnel.

Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records Management:
Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records, which encompass personal details, employment history, performance assessments, and training documentation.

Process changes related to employment, such as onboarding new hires, managing terminations, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments, while ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

Prepare and disseminate employee-related documents, including offer letters, employment agreements, and HR policies.


Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Assist in payroll processing, which includes timekeeping, payroll deductions, and wage calculations, ensuring precision and punctuality in payments.

Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, while providing support to employees regarding benefits enrollment, inquiries, and claims.

Collaborate with payroll vendors, insurance providers, and benefits administrators to address issues and ensure compliance with benefit plan requirements.


Recruitment and Onboarding:
Support recruitment initiatives by advertising job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Facilitate new employee onboarding processes, which include orientation sessions, completion of necessary paperwork, and setting up employee profiles in the HRIS.

Work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and aid in their integration into the company.


Training and Development:
Coordinate training and development initiatives for dealership staff, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.

Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for employee growth, collaborating with department managers and training providers to address skill gaps and enhance job performance.

Monitor training compliance and effectiveness, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess program outcomes and suggest improvements.
