As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering administrative and operational human resources support to a designated warehouse, business unit, or function.

You will collaborate closely with the Human Resources Business Partner to achieve business objectives.


This includes assisting in the implementation of performance management strategies, fostering a welcoming experience for new hires, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.

This position will work in tandem with Talent Acquisition partners to ensure that the organization remains a preferred employer for prospective candidates.

Job Responsibilities

This role is entirely on-site, Monday through Friday.

You will contribute by:

- Organizing and leading new hire orientation sessions.

- Maintaining employee records and ensuring adherence to all legal requirements regarding work eligibility (I-9 compliance, labor postings, etc.).

- Assisting with HR programs that align with the business objectives and key performance priorities of the unit.

- Supporting essential HR initiatives, including talent management, training, succession planning, workforce planning, performance assessments, and salary evaluations.

- Coordinating HR and company initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and retention (e.g., company surveys, community events, recognition programs).

- Aiding HR Business Partners with employee relations inquiries and investigations.

- Safeguarding sensitive information at all times.

- Innovating current processes and managing any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.

- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Spanish is essential.

- A solid understanding of Human Resources laws and regulations.

- Previous experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing is preferred.

- The ability to manage a high volume of employee interactions.

- A strong focus on internal and external customer service.

- Effective communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.

- The capability to work independently when necessary, alongside a proactive and self-motivated approach.

- A collaborative mindset.

- The ability to identify and address priority and sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
