Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate resumes, responses to job postings, and employment applications.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates for technical proficiency, relevant experience, personal aspirations, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate reference checks and analyze reference data regarding prior employment.
  • Make hiring recommendations based on insights gathered through interviews, reference checks, applications, and resumes.

  • Assist managers in assessing candidate qualifications and selecting the most suitable individuals.
  • Collect, prepare, and analyze various employment data related to recruitment effectiveness, turnover rates, diversity in hiring, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of short- and long-term workforce planning and recruitment objectives, considering factors such as organizational growth, candidate availability, and hiring timelines.
  • Design and implement advertising campaigns by crafting job advertisements, selecting ad placements, and coordinating advertising schedules across suitable media.
  • Organize and lead college recruitment initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with diverse applicant sources, including recruitment agencies, government entities, educational institutions, and vocational training centers.
  • May mentor and review the work of junior recruitment professionals.

Required Qualifications:
12+ years of recruitment experience OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of comprehensive recruitment experience.

5+ years of current experience in government contracting recruitment.


The anticipated salary range for this role is $84,000 - $126,000; however, actual compensation will be determined based on experience, geographic location, and contractual obligations, and may vary outside of this range.
