Role Summary:
The Operations Manager for Medical Record Retrieval is tasked with overseeing the seamless execution of essential functions in a professional and timely manner. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operational strategies align with the overarching goals of the organization, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement among team members. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and other key stakeholders to refine processes that elevate member experiences and drive superior performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Establish a clear vision and direction for the team, promoting values of compassion, accountability, and innovation.
- Facilitate client meetings to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
- Guide a team of specialists in efficiently achieving operational targets.
- Demonstrate strong leadership through effective delegation and decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional teams to standardize best practices.
- Develop performance metrics to evaluate success against objectives.
Team Development:
- Recruit and retain top talent, providing guidance and accountability.
- Ensure consistent onsite coverage and manage attendance standards.
- Work with global partners to uphold quality and turnaround time standards.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
Client Engagement:
- Oversee new client onboarding and tailor project management to client specifications.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal leadership.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior management.
- Update process documentation and conduct ongoing training for staff.
- Coordinate with IT to resolve connectivity issues as they arise.
- Monitor service delivery and address client inquiries promptly.
Financial Oversight:
- Assist in the formulation of annual budgets and financial planning.
- Analyze financial performance regularly to identify areas for improvement.
- Explore opportunities to enhance Sharecare's market presence through existing client relationships.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Strengthen relationships with current clients and identify growth opportunities.
- Facilitate the development of new client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Client Success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Physical and Compliance Requirements:
- Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a dynamic environment.
- Compliance with HIPAA regulations and corporate integrity standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and relevant experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
