Position Summary:
This role encompasses a variety of operational tasks. The selected individual will provide essential support across multiple departments within the Skywalk area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, roles in Customer Service, Express Driving, Janitorial Services, Retail/Ticketing, Food & Beverage, Photo Sales, and Maintenance.

The candidate is expected to deliver exceptional customer service consistently while adhering to established safety and health protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Retail/Ticketing as a cashier and stock associate.
  • Manage loading and unloading of merchandise between the warehouse and Skywalk.
  • Capture guest photos as a Photo Guide.
  • Facilitate photo sales by offering packages to guests.
  • Engage in customer service by scanning tickets and operating the metal detector.
  • Perform cleaning duties throughout the Skywalk in all indoor and outdoor areas.
  • Support maintenance tasks as required.
  • Execute detailed Food & Beverage responsibilities.
  • Complete other job-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Capability to walk, stand, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills.

Qualifications:

  • Effective oral communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preference will be given to Hualapai Tribal members.

Working Conditions:
Must be flexible with varying schedules, including weekends and holidays. The role requires frequent standing, bending, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs. Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs. regularly. The position involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to changing weather conditions. Travel between remote work locations may be necessary.
