Position Summary:
Responsible for delivering exceptional custodial services within the guest accommodations at the lodge. Key responsibilities include:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
- Changing bed linens and towels to maintain guest comfort.
- Restocking room supplies and amenities as needed.
- Collecting and disposing of trash while maintaining cleanliness in receptacles.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries.
- Dusting and cleaning furniture, as well as windows and mirrors in guest rooms.
- Maintaining cleaning equipment in safe and operable condition.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
1. Physical capability to perform custodial tasks, including lifting items up to 25 pounds.
2. Basic understanding of cleaning products and safety procedures.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-sufficient.
Qualifications:
1. Strong verbal communication skills.
2. Preference may be given to certain candidates based on specific criteria.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, while performing physical tasks regularly.
