This role is designed for a versatile operational team member who will provide essential support across various departments within the Skywalk. Responsibilities will include assisting in customer service, retail operations, janitorial tasks, food and beverage services, photo sales, and maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a cashier and stock personnel in retail/ticketing.
- Manage loading and unloading of merchandise between the warehouse and Skywalk.
- Capture guest photos as a Photo Guide.
- Facilitate photo sales and package transactions for guests.
- Provide customer service by scanning tickets and operating the metal detector.
- Perform cleaning duties throughout the Skywalk, both indoors and outdoors.
- Assist with maintenance tasks as required.
- Engage in food and beverage operations as needed.
- Carry out other job-related tasks as assigned.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Capability to work outdoors for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Effective oral communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Preference will be given to Hualapai Tribal members.
Must be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. The role requires frequent standing, bending, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs. Exposure to varying weather conditions is expected, and the employee may need to travel between remote work locations.
