Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Grand Canyon Resort Corporation. This role will provide administrative office support to our Maintenance department, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Maintenance department, including distributing incoming mail, handling outgoing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Greet and interact with customers and employees in a courteous and friendly manner, determining the nature and purpose of requests or inquiries and responding accordingly.
  • Respond to inquiries in person and via phone, providing information regarding the organization and its services.
  • Screen callers for staff members, forward calls or take messages, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Use computers to enter, access, and retrieve data, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Prior customer service or office support experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, multitask efficiently, and maintain positive working relationships.
