Job Title: Senior Sales Trainer

At ServiceNow, we're looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Digital GTM Enablement team, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing enablement strategies to drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Digital GTM Enablement team to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for early-in-career sellers.
  • Develop and implement training content that covers product knowledge, market trends, sales techniques, and acumen.
  • Utilize various formats, including live facilitation, workshops, webinars, e-learning modules, and interactive sessions, to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to enhance their skills, performance, and confidence.
  • Leverage global program assets to drive knowledge acquisition and skills development.
Requirements:
  • A strong GTM background with experience in closing-role and outbound prospecting.
  • Experience in an enterprise-level sales role and/or deep knowledge of the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
  • 2+ years in a sales, consulting, or industry GTM role, preferably in complex software selling environments.
  • 2+ years in Sales or GTM enablement.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to garner support for new ideas and initiatives.
  • Ability to establish and build close working relationships; strong personal credibility and influencing skills; team-oriented planner and decision-maker.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, within a team environment and deliver aligned training in-hub.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging tools of the trade, such as new training methods and practices.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $88,300 - $145,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.

We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
