- Provide Coaching and Mentoring: Offer coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to enhance their skills, performance, and confidence.
- Leverage Global Programs: Utilize assets from global programs to drive knowledge acquisition and skills development.
- Align with Office Requirements: Hub-based, aligning to office requirements of the Digital GTM team.
- Strong GTM Background: A strong background in GTM, with experience in closing-role and outbound prospecting.
- Enterprise Sales Experience: Experience in an enterprise-level sales role and/or deep knowledge of the end-to-end sales lifecycle is essential.
- Enablement Experience: 2+ years in Sales or GTM enablement.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Presentation and Influencing Skills: Excellent presentation skills and ability to garner support for new ideas and initiatives.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to establish and build close working relationships; strong personal credibility and influencing skills; team-oriented planner and decision-maker.
- Adaptability and Learning: Ability to work collaboratively, within a team environment and deliver aligned training in-hub; strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging tools of the trade.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $88,300 - $145,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
