Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses vital functions, often serving as the initial point of contact for our organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Upholding a professional image as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
  • Managing incoming calls, directing them appropriately, and taking detailed messages when necessary.
  • Providing administrative support to senior staff, including managing correspondence, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Overseeing inventory and maintenance of office supplies.
  • Updating and organizing administrative records.
  • Preparing materials for meetings and reports.
  • Assisting with various administrative functions across the organization.
  • Completing additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of an associate degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in technology and office software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
