Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Administrative Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations at ACADENTAL INC. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and assist in the development of the manufacturing timetable to achieve production goals.
  • Organize and maintain all production-related documentation, including work orders, schedules, and reports.
  • Ensure all records are precise, current, and readily available.
  • Work closely with the production team to monitor progress and adjust the schedule as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to management, including report preparation, correspondence management, and meeting organization.
  • Assist in managing inventory and processing orders.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, ensuring the team has the necessary resources for optimal operation.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling or inventory management software is beneficial.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
