Job Title: Customer Service/Ecommerce Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service/Ecommerce Product Specialist to support our world-renowned brands, HH-Entertainment LLC (Ecommerce division) and LFP Publishing Group LLC (Adult Magazine Publishing).

Job Summary:

This is a dynamic and critical role that requires a candidate with multiple skillsets and the ability to interact with numerous stakeholders and various teams throughout our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day website management, including updating website content, product pricing and descriptions, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, warehouse personnel, and others to streamline communication with customers and ensure a positive user experience.
  • Understand and research eCommerce trends and technologies to improve website performance and report new ideas to upper management.
  • Provide weekly/monthly and ad hoc reporting on revenue, subscribers, and product inventory for all publishing products.
  • Troubleshoot issues with payment processes and billing merchants, issue refunds when necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide helpful support to publishing customers.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports that monitor key KPIs, including website traffic, conversion rate, AOV, sales, and other marketing campaign performance.
  • Add new products to the ecommerce website following strict guidelines and SEO best practices.
  • Use AI tools to create content, product descriptions, modify images, etc. for listing products on ecommerce websites and marketplaces.
  • Crop, edit, resize, modify, and create new product images on ecommerce websites.
  • Review, update, and fix website content for SEO and optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate and manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon.
  • Meet deadlines for product entry to ensure no delays of marketing campaigns launches.
  • Review merchandising on website and provide feedback to relevant parties or make changes on your own if necessary.
  • Support in the ideation process of new product development.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce buying team.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce with a strong eCommerce background.
  • At least 2+ years of WordPress and/or WooCommerce experience.
  • 2-3 years of Customer Support Service within eCommerce.
  • 2-4 years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Highly analytical and process-driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams and external vendors to accomplish goals.
  • Excited to embrace and drive eCommerce experience and increased conversion and acquisition.
  • A strong track record of identifying high-value, low-cost solutions to problems by balancing business and customer needs with tech capabilities.
  • Flexible self-starter with an optimistic attitude, ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision in a dynamic environment while effectively meeting tight deadlines and proven experience succeeding.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with Amazon store and listing on marketplaces.
