Role Summary

Rare Collectibles TV, LLC (RCTV) is seeking dedicated Full-Time Customer Service Specialists to join our team. This position is located at our service center and is not remote. We are looking for individuals to cover shifts from Thursday to Sunday, including evening hours that typically start in the late afternoon and conclude by midnight.

  • Thursday 3:30pm – 12:00am
  • Friday 1:30pm – 10:00pm
  • Saturday 2:30pm – 11:00pm
  • Sunday 3:30pm – 12:00am

The RCTV service center operates every day of the week, year-round. Shifts may include late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility in scheduling is essential. As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to respond to incoming calls from prospective customers inquiring about our products showcased in media advertisements. You may experience periods of inactivity while awaiting calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming inquiries from potential customers.
  • Assess customer needs and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Inform callers about various products featured in our televised presentations.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly wage of $18, with potential for incentive bonuses.
