Job Summary

Rare Collectibles TV, LLC (RCTV) is actively seeking dedicated Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role is based in our call center and is not a remote position. We are looking for individuals who can commit to shifts from Thursday to Sunday, including evening hours that typically commence in the late afternoon and conclude by midnight.

  • Thursday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Friday: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Sunday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

This position offers opportunities for advancement within the department and the organization, as we prioritize recognizing and promoting talent from within. Our call center operates every day of the year, and employees must be flexible to work during late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Weekend availability is essential. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from prospective customers interested in our products showcased in our media advertisements. You will experience periods of downtime while awaiting calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming inquiries from potential customers.
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Inform callers about the various products featured in our televised presentations.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $18/hour plus incentive bonuses

Requirements
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods, as call volume may vary.
  • While we foster a relaxed and enjoyable work environment, punctuality and reliability are crucial.
  • Availability to work Saturday evenings is mandatory.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
